This loco was built in 9/1952 with EMD serial number 17349. She was built as a freight roadswitcher, model GP7. She was built with no dynamic brakes and gyralights at least on the front, possibly on the rear also, but that has not yet been verified.
She became NCTR 612.
She was burned at some point and is presumed scrapped.
