This loco was built in 9/1952 with EMD serial number 17348. She was built as a freight roadswitcher, model GP7. She was built with no dynamic brakes and gyralights at least on the front, possibly on the rear also, but that has not yet been verified.

She was traded-in to EMD in 12/1977 and is presumed scrapped.
