This loco was built in 1/1980 with EMD serial number 797320-1. She was built as a freight roadswitcher, model GP40-2. She was rebuilt from wrecked GP40 FEC 402. She has her own page because she was issued a new serial number and rebuilt from a GP40 into a GP40-2.
