These 70 ton, covered hopper cars were built by GATC in 7/1961=4/1962 as Dry-Flo cars. They featured 3500 ft3 capacity.

They went to Union Tank Car (UTCX) along with members of ETCX 117-128 in 1981 as follows: UTCX 43235-43262
