This loco was built in 11/1953 with EMD serial number 19068. She was built as a freight road switcher, model GP7 with a high short hood and no dynamic brakes.

She was retired, sold and became PNC 971.

She became AGPX 1535

She was sold to ICG, rebuilt by Paducah Shops to a GP10 and became ICG 8024 in 8/1975.

She became PAL 8326.
