These 86'-6", 50 ton hi-cube box cars were built by PS (lot 9106C) in 7/1966. They featured 2x20' plug doors, H-40 cushioned underframes and 10,000 ft3 capacity.

In 1972, all 6 cars went to the UP as their class BF-70-3D numbered above their own BF-70-3 class cars.
