This loco was built in 4/1962 with EMD serial number 27141. She was built as a freight roadswitcher. She was painted in standard for the time black paint with small herald and featured a full a sealed beam headlight and nose-mounted gyralight on the front end and a sealed beam headlight on the rear end.
