CRR 4606:2:

This loco was rebuilt in 3/1980 from GP7 SCL 767 (former ACL 236) by SCL Uceta shops. After rebuild, she retained her EMD serial number 14954 but became what SCL referred to as a GP16. She was released in Family Lines paint.

Note that this is the 2nd locomotive to wear this number. The first CRR 4606:1 is somewhat of a mystery. From all outward appearances, it looks the same as the six GP16's rebuilt as CRR 4600-4605 by ICG's Paducah, KY shops in 1979. However, all sources show only six units so rebuilt. It is theorized that CRR 4606:1 was wrecked shortly after having been rebuilt and this unit, CRR 4606:2 which conforms to the Uceta rebuild appearance, was numbered to replace that unit.

She became SBD 4606.

She became CSXT 1706.
