C&O 14000-14989

	C&O 14000-14989		(stretched to 50' as C&O 23500-23699)

These 40-6", 50 ton, box cars were built by PS (lot 9801) in 6/1945. They featured 3713 ft3 capacity. Two hundred of these cars were stretched by C&O's Raceland Shops in 1963. Their capacity was increased to 4617 ft3 at 70 tons.
