This loco was built in 3/1956 with EMD serial number 21501. She was built as a freight roadswitcher, model GP9 with high hood and dynamic brakes.
She was wrecked at Walkerford, VA on 11/03/1969.
She was traded-in to EMD in 5/1970 and is presumed scrapped.
