This loco was built in 3/1960 with EMD serial number 25769. She was built as a freight roadswitcher, model GP18 with a high short hood, winterization hatch and no dynamic brakes.

She was repainted into a commemorative red, white and blue paint scheme for America's bicentennial celebration from 8/1975 to 12/1978 and was then repainted back into the standard C&NW paint scheme.

She was traded-in to EMD in 6/1985 along with the rest of the C&NW GP18 fleet and is presumed scrapped.
