This loco was built in 3/1947 with ALCO serial number 75142. She was built as a freight roadswitcher, model RS2.
She became CI&L 52.
She became MON 52.
She was acquired with the Monon in 8/1971 and assigned L&N 261:2, but it was aparently never applied. It is doubtful if she ever worked in revenue service for the L&N.
She was retired on 01/20/1972.
She was rebuilt into slug L&N 2063 by RSCo. in 4/1972.
She was retired as a slug on 02/23/1979, sent to PNC and presumed scrapped.
