These 50'-1", 70 ton, insulated box cars were built by FGE in 5/1964. They featured 10'-1" Camel plug doors, Morton running boards, Ajax brake wheel, ASF A-3 trucks and 4551 ft3 capacity.

When the lease expired with the C&EI, FGE took the cars back and re-leased them to the ROCK along with two other groups of ex C&EI cars and place them in their series ROCK 516600-516671. Their subsequent history is covered there.
