These 2-bay, 55 ton open hopper cars were built by PS (Lot 5802) in 11/1945. They featured 2191 ft3 capacity.

Many of these cars were repaired/rebuilt by C&EI and Greenville Steel Car Co. and renumbered in 1958 as above. When rebuilt, their cubic capacity was changed to 2040 ft3.
