These 50'-6", 50 ton box cars were built by PS (Lot 8585) in 9/1960 as PS-1's. They featured double Youngstown doors with Camel fixtures for a 15' door opening, Pullman corrugated ends, Pullman riveted roof, Apex metal running board and brake step, Universal vertical wheel hand brake, Miner A-22-XL draft gear, full nailable steel floors, Universal slack adjusters, National C-1 trucks with roller bearings and 4888 ft3 capacity.
