These 3-bay, 70-ton open hoppers were built by CB&Q Havelock Shops in 1959-1960. They featured 2773 ft3 capacity. They were assigned to CB&Q class HT-10B.

Many of these cars were rebuilt by BN in the 1970's. and placed in various BN number series. They seem to have lost their offset sides at rebuild.
