This loco was built in 11/1944 with Baldwin serial number 70313. She was built as a yard switcher, model VO1000.
She was was purchased by ACL in 1966 to supplement their own VO1000 flett and operated in and around Waycross, GA. She was never given an ACL number or patched as such.
She became SCL 94 after the merger of the ACL and SAL railroads.
She became Peck Iron & Steel 94.
