This loco was built in 12/1966 with EMD serial number 32583. She was built as a freight roadswitcher, model GP40.

She became BN 3017.

She was rebuilt to a GP40M and became BN 3502.

She was wrecked at Simmons, TX on 07/30/1991 and scrapped.
