These 3524 ft3, 50 ton carbon black cars were built by Thrall as above. They were runumbered to CABX 350096-350141 for cars in original configuration and CABX 400205-400237 for cars enlarged (as below) in 1969 as part of a comprehensive renumbering effort by Cabot.
Cars rebuilt to 55 tons and 3974 ft3 from 212-251 in 1968 include: 212-218, 220-227, 229-230, 232-237, 240-245, 248-251.
