This loco was built in 7/1971 with EMD serial number 33355:2. She was built as a freight roadswitcher, model GP38.
For some reason, she was built to replace B&O 3837:1. It is theorized that this was the result of an offline wreck that caused her predecessor to be scrapped and the offline road was deemed responsible, so had to replace her. More information is needed on this situation.
She became CSXT 2037.
She became BPRR 2000.
