These 3-bay, 100-ton, open hoppers were built by Greenville Steel Car Co. as above They featured 4000 ft3 capacity.
It is unknown why the numbers BN 525780-525799 were skipped.
Many of these cars were rebuilt with the addition of a rotary coupler (and associated white paint at that end) and renumbered as above in 1985.
