This loco was built in 12/1956 with EMD serial number 21016. She was built as a yard switcher, model SW1200.

She was repainted into red, white and blue commemorative paint in observance of the Bicentennial Celebration of the United States.

She was renumbered to AD&N 1206.

She was sold in 1/1987 to Rail Switching Services as their engine RSSX 1206.

She became Railserve, Inc. engine 1206 in 11/2000.

She became JLCX 1206 in 5/2012.

She went back to RSSX 1206 in 6/2012.
