This loco was built in 9/1951 with EMD serial number 14956. She was built as a freight roadswitcher, model GP7.
She became SCL 769.
She was rebuilt into a GP16 by SCL Uceta, FL Shops in 11/1979 and became SCL 4621:1 (very briefly) but was quickly renumbered SCL 4704. She was accidentally renumbered in a series that was reserved for former GP9 units.
She became SBD 4704.
She became CSXT 1750.
She was retired on 11/18/1991.
