This loco was built in 3/1951 with EMD serial number 13914. She was built as a freight roadswitcher equipped for passenger service with a steam generator, model GP7.

She became SCL 757.

She was rebuilt into a GP16 by SCL Uceta, FL Shops in 1/1982 and became SCL 4781.

She became SBD 4781.

She became CSXT 1827.

She was retired on 02/18/1993, sold and became RJCR 1827.
