This loco was built in 7/1952 with Baldwin serial number 75834. She was built as a yard switcher, model S8.

Notes online indicate that she was built as OLIRMC 1216A, sold in 1/1954, but I don't know exactly what that means at this time. Did she sit around at the factory in OLIRMC paint after the order was cancelled? Did she go to work for OLIRMC and was sold by them? There are a LOT of unanswered questions about this locomotive.
