Louisiana & Delta locomotive 1503 is a former ATSF CF7, originally built as ATSF F9A 281L in Jun 1956. It was rebuilt by Santa Fe to as CF7 2471 in Feb 1977. It was subsequently sold to Fall's Creek Railroad as their engine 2471. It came to L&D in 1988 and was assigned number LDRR 1503. It wore the name "Bayou Sale."
