D&RGW 5104-5108

This was the D&RGW's second order of GP7's. Owing to the fact that GP7 5104:1 had been renumbered as 5100 by this time, the numbering for this order started at 5104:2. Despite all of these units being on EMD order 5093, there was a break in the construction numbers.
