D&RGW 5101-5104

This was the D&RGW's first order of GP7's. Early in its career engine 5104 was apparently involved in some sort of accident and was presumably rebuilt. As is common with locomotive trusts when this happens, the unit is usually given the new number D&RGW 5100 and recapitolized as a "new" unit. If anyone has more info on this, please share and I will be glad to post it here.
